Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing standards in delivering client care
• Facilitate ongoing health teachings to support recovery




• Coordinate referrals and manage client appointments
• Create a supportive therapeutic environment
• Participate actively in team assessments and evaluations

Requirements:
• Accredited nursing program graduate (LPN/RN)
• Licensed in Nova Scotia with CPR certification
• Recent clinical experience, especially in medication management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work as a collaborative team member
