ROLE OVERVIEW We are growing, and hiring District Managers to join our league operations team, based in Toronto! This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes ownership, builds strong teams, and drives operational excellence.
The District Manager owns the performance, consistency, and overall health of a defined group of Brodie League locations. You’ll play a key role in scaling Brodie’s presence across Ontario by building strong leaders, driving consistency, and delivering high-quality league experiences.

General Manager & League Manager Coaching

Standards Compliance & System Adoption

New Market Expansion Planning & Launch

Operations Efficiency & Automation

REQUIREMENTS Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing managers who can operate independently

Proven ability to drive adoption of standardized systems and processes

Experience overseeing consistent execution across multiple locations or teams





Effective problem-solver who can triage escalations and resolve issues quickly

Operationally minded with interest in improving efficiency through better workflows or automation

Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented

Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to on-site locations

Ability to work 5 days in-office at our Toronto HQ based in Liberty Village

COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE The total target cash compensation for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 CAD. Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs. The compensation range may be adjusted in the future.
