Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective operations across multiple independent living locations
• Support individuals to become engaged citizens
• Mentor Team Leads and Community Living Counsellors




• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting
• Foster relationships with supported individuals and their families

Requirements:
• Class 5 driver’s license; willing to obtain Class 4
• Vehicle access essential for daily operations
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear criminal record necessary, costs covered by CLS
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
