Your engagement and initiative will be key in enhancing client satisfaction across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding and provide user training
• Maintain strong connections with salon managers
• Drive retention and reduce churn rates
• Conduct check-ins to identify growth opportunities
• Utilize analytics to enhance customer usages

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years B2B SaaS experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM
• Familiarity with MS Excel is preferred
• Experience in beauty or wellness sectors is an asset
