Drive major fundraising initiatives at the Aga Khan Museum as a Senior Fundraising Officer. This hybrid position emphasizes cultivating meaningful donor relationships and achieving revenue targets in the arts.

In your role reporting to the Director of Development, you will take charge of a key portfolio of major gift donors. With at least four years of donor management experience, your focus will be on identifying and cultivating prospects, as well as implementing innovative strategies for revenue enhancement. Collaborate with colleagues to further the Museum's mission of enriching cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Curate and manage a diverse major gift donor portfolio
• Proactively search for and qualify new donor prospects
• Deepen existing relationships to foster increased contributions




• Support campaign planning with compelling proposals
• Assist in donor stewardship events both locally and internationally

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fundraising
• At least four years in major gift management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in donor management systems; familiarity with Tessitura is a plus
• Availability for adaptable event schedules and travel
