We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to work within our MHSU Outreach/Substance Use Stabilization Service. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapy services for clients facing mental health challenges and possible co-occurring conditions. You will work closely with colleagues in a client and family-centered environment, ensuring optimal health outcomes and maintaining high ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess occupational performance through evidence-based methods
• Create and implement effective therapy service plans
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of occupational interventions
• Mentor and lead rehabilitation staff effectively
• Engage in departmental quality improvement and educational initiatives
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals
