In this role, you’ll report to the Manager, Learning & Talent Development, impacting organizational effectiveness and employee growth. By working with HR teams and business leaders, you will create training content for onboarding, soft skills, and leadership development. Your skills in instructional design and program coordination will directly contribute to the success of diverse training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and design digital learning content
• Facilitate soft-skills workshops, virtually and in-person




• Understand stakeholder development needs
• Oversee the learning management system operations
• Analyze learning feedback for improvement

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or related
• Education in Human Resources or Adult Education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and E-Learning tools
• Solid project management capabilities
• Fluent French speaker is a plus
