In this role, you will develop and execute the plant’s CI initiatives. Collaborating with various teams, you will lead critical improvement projects aimed at reducing costs and enhancing quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the CI roadmap aligned with operational goals
• Champion Six Sigma methodologies for improved efficiency
• Identify and implement value stream mapping projects




• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams for enhancements
• Track and report improvements for long-term outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• 5+ years in a high-volume manufacturing workplace
• Experience with data analysis tools like Minitab
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in leadership and training
