Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for client assessments, goal setting, program adaptations, and maintaining accurate clinical records. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, you'll ensure clients receive comprehensive education about their treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out detailed client assessments and create treatment plans
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with qualified standards
• Collaborate with health team members for coordinated care




• Educate clients and caregivers on therapeutic interventions
• Guide assistants in providing effective therapeutic support

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Practical experience with home assessments and therapies
