In this senior role, you will lead cross-functional improvements across Engineering and other departments. Collaborating primarily with Supply Chain, MRP, and PLM users, you will gather requirements, develop documentation, and support system optimizations. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to implement enhancements in NetSuite and MRP
• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify business needs




• Maintain roadmaps and prioritize initiatives for system improvements
• Document technical specifications and workflows accurately
• Troubleshoot system issues and support UAT

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience with MRP and/or PLM systems
• 2+ years with NetSuite or similar MRP platforms
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
