Become an integral part of our data center operations as an Experienced Fiber Optics Field Technician. This role demands expertise in fiber detailing and circuit troubleshooting for high-volume environments.

We are looking for lead-level Field Technicians to perform fiber circuit audits in active data center settings. A robust background of 3+ years in fiber optics is essential, with hands-on experience in inspection and circuit validation. Your ability to log precise data and troubleshoot effectively will be crucial in maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end audits of fiber circuits in real-time
• Clean and verify fiber end-faces using appropriate techniques
• Perform light level testing using optical meters




• Identify and troubleshoot fiber contamination effectively
• Document all findings accurately in customer applications

Requirements:
• 3+ years of fiber optic experience in data centers
• Hands-on experience with LC, MPO/MTP, and SC connectors
• Proficient in cleaning methodologies for fiber optics
• Ability to diagnose contamination versus damage
• Prior experience working alongside general contractors is preferred
