Assist in leading General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes in partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products/services, locating merchandise, assisting with purchase decisions, and resolving or referring concerns
Provide direction and coordinate task completion according to priorities from management
Assess department presentation and appearance, identify deficiencies, and execute merchandising display changes
Delegate, assist with, and follow up on daily Customer Availability Process tasks
Support scheduling as needed
Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks throughout the store
Participate in training and development of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and provide feedback
Maintain a protected, clean, hazard-free setting by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures
