Loop in Toronto is hiring a Collections & Customer Support Associate to help customers navigate overdue accounts while providing exceptional support across the customer journey. You will split time between collections (70%) and general support (30%), speaking with business owners daily to balance empathy with accountability.
You will negotiate repayment plans, review account histories, and drive timely resolutions while maintaining solid relationships and transparent documentation.
