In this role, you'll report to the CEO and work on developing products from concept through commercialization. You will balance multiple projects while conducting thorough analyses and maintaining product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct trend analysis to inspire product development
• Create and test food prototypes in the laboratory




• Research new ingredients and improve existing formulations

• Oversee product lifecycle and trial execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science; Master’s preferred
• 5-8 years of R&D; experience
• Proficient in Microsoft tools for data management
• Robust organizational and prioritization skills
