In this supervisory position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and manage all facets of the Maintenance department. Key duties include ensuring the highest equipment standards, compliance with regulations, and addressing quality issues using a Quality Index. Your experience in high-volume manufacturing will drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all equipment meets company maintenance standards
• Achieve compliance with all relevant regulations
• Daily monitoring of quality metrics and action recommendations
• Develop and report on budget forecasts regularly
• Conduct department and safety meetings
Requirements:
• Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized maintenance role
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices preferred
• Working knowledge of GMP and safety regulations
• Familiarity with SAP and related manufacturing tools
