CLV seeks a skilled licensed Paralegal who can provide direction to a energetic Paralegal team. Your responsibilities will involve managing complex legal cases and ensuring adherence to the Residential Tenancies Act. You’ll work closely with Property Management, Accounting, and legal teams to drive effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly mentor and coach Paralegals daily
• Ensure thorough review of legal documents and compliance
• Manage the preparation of legal applications
• Organize and oversee legal documents for hearings
• Collaborate on complex legal inquiries
Requirements:
• Licensed P1 Paralegal with over 5 years of experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of tenancy laws
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
• Proficient in relevant software tools
