As a Senior Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role at The Heist, partnering with creatives and directors to bring motion projects to life. Your expertise will guide storyboarding and animation processes while helping junior team members enhance their skills. Take ownership of your creative endeavors while ensuring quality and detail in every project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and animate intricate 2D and 3D visuals for diverse platforms
• Create supportive storyboards and styleframes for projects
• Collaborate on all creative aspects throughout production




• Address creative and technical challenges independently
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior staff

Requirements:
• 5+ years in motion design, animation, or a relevant discipline
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse and standout designs
• Expertise in After Effects, Cinema 4D, and the Adobe suite
• Robust understanding of composition, pacing, and storytelling
• Experience with production workflows from concept to completion
