This position requires a dedicated skilled with a background in recreation and at least one year of relevant experience. You will supervise program operations, train and support staff, and work directly with individuals with disabilities to create engaging experiences. Evaluating program success and collecting data will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement innovative recreation programs
• Assist individuals with disabilities in recreation activities
• Evaluate programs for quality and impact
• Liaise with community partners and stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries and emergencies professionally

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Recreation Studies or related field
• One year experience in a recreation environment
• Certifications in HIGH FIVE, First Aid are assets
• Valid G class driver’s license required
• Flexibility in work hours and ability to lift up to 25lbs
