In this pivotal role, you will supervise quality activities across various residential projects, ensuring adherence to Wesgroup’s high standards for quality and completion. Coordinate inspections and manage deficiencies effectively while supporting exceptional homeowner experiences throughout the process. This position requires robust leadership and communication to liaise with different teams involved in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality oversight of assigned residential projects
• Coordinate and document inspections and corrections




• Track issues and collaborate on solutions with stakeholders
• Maintain timely reporting on project schedules
• Provide coaching to Customer Care team members

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED; diploma in construction preferred
• 5+ years in construction or quality control
• Proven leader in team management
• Knowledge of BC New Home Warranty standards
• Strong skills in scheduling and Microsoft Office
