What You'll Be Doing As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for customers, providing technical expertise and ensuring projects move efficiently from quotation to completion.
Your Responsibilities Will Include Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional support by phone and email
Preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and technical submittals for commercial HVAC projects
Managing customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring accuracy and meeting project timelines
Coordinating with customers, vendors,



and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Developing and maintaining solid relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and key accounts
Delivering exceptional customer service by identifying solutions and responding proactive to customer needs
Supporting branch initiatives, customer events and team projects as required
Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying current with HVAC technologies and industry trends
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate enjoys working in a technical environment, thrives in a customer-facing role, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications Include 3+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or a related industry
Robust understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical equipment
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
