Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough compliance reviews and identify improvement opportunities
• Document findings and recommend enhancements to policy controls




• Support managers with escalated inquiries related to compliance
• Participate in the development and monitoring of business action plans
• Mentor colleagues in effective compliance practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in compliance or related area
• Strong analytical skills for gap analyses and investigations
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with risk management best practices
