Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with COO to create workplans and deliverables
• Maintain project plans and facilitate executive sessions
• Track progress, risks, and decisions across initiatives
• Ensure focus remains on high-impact issues and solutions

Requirements:
• 7+ years in project management or strategic roles
• Demonstrated experience with senior leadership
• Preferred background in operational transformations
• Ability to influence without formal authority
• Organized with robust follow-up skills
