Drive financial support for youth mental health as a Manager of Philanthropy & Partnerships at Kids Help Phone. This hybrid role focuses on inspiring major gifts and developing meaningful partnerships.

Reporting to the Director of Regional Philanthropy, you will build and manage comprehensive fundraising strategies across Canada. Engage with key stakeholders and lead a national fundraising team to maximize contributions and enhance community impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on major gift strategies for larger donations
• Lead program initiatives for sustainable regional partnerships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
• Stay informed about philanthropy trends and opportunities
• Ensure timely stewardship and recognition of donors

Requirements:
• University degree or related experience
• 5 years experience in fundraising, focusing on major gifts
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Track record of securing significant donations
• Proficiency in CRM systems for managing donor relationships

Champion youth mental health initiatives while leading strategic philanthropy approaches at Kids Help Phone.
