Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting, this role supports the hospital and its foundation by delivering in-depth financial expertise. Your responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with hospital leadership to present detailed financial reporting and enhance fiscal accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support annual budgeting and planning processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial alignment




• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Develop financial models to analyze business cases
• Support compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
• Active CPA designation needed
• At least 5 years in financial analysis and reporting roles
• Expertise in ERP and financial reporting tools
• Healthcare experience is preferred
