Key Responsibilities:
• Bring employee concerns to the attention of HR
• Listen, guide, and shadow employees during work
• Assist in organizing wellness and cultural programs
• Build relationships across all site sectors

Requirements:
• Resident of Black Lake First Nation or surrounding areas
• 2-3 years of experience in community roles
• Profound understanding of local culture and traditions
• Bilingual in English and a local language
• Availability for adaptable work and air transport shifts
