As part of the third largest school district in the province, you’ll be tasked with inspecting and repairing roofing systems, including membranes and flashings. Your key role involves maintaining safety standards, affording the opportunity to make significant renovations and repairs alongside a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect roof systems and report on maintenance needs
• Transparent debris and maintain proper drainage channels
• Execute minor repairs including membrane issues
• Renovate and maintain the building structures
• Work with Aerial Work Platforms and forklifts for tasks

Requirements:
• Red Seal credential as a Carpenter or Roofer
• Current valid BC class 5 driver's license
• Relevant recent experience in roof maintenance
• Proven ability to work with minimal oversight
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
