In this full-time role, you will assist the Hotel Maintenance Manager in operational excellence and oversee critical projects. Your focus will be on training your team, managing work orders, and elevating maintenance protocols to maintain profitability and safety across hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily department operations and compliance initiatives
• Train, motivate, and manage the maintenance staff directly
• Prioritize and close maintenance work orders in CMMS
• Lead property rehabilitation projects,



managing budgets and schedules
• Maintain rigorous checks on safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a maintenance role in hospitality
• Trade certification in a related area is beneficial
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
