This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams on complex buildings and infrastructure projects across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba. You'll apply project controls expertise in areas such as forecasting, earned value analysis, and risk management, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze project budgets and financial performance
• Maintain project schedules and performance metrics
• Establish cost control structures and reporting processes
• Assist with monthly financial reviews and performance reporting
• Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in project controls or similar roles
• Experience with buildings and infrastructure projects desired
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
