In this full time role, you'll oversee the creation and implementation of a multi-channel engagement strategy that positions Cuso as a leader in international cooperation. Working under the Director, Engagement, you'll manage project timelines, engage diverse audiences, and drive strategic initiatives that bolster funding and awareness for Cuso’s vital programs and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of a comprehensive national engagement campaign
• Develop core messaging backed by research and best practices
• Engage stakeholders in traditional and emerging spaces




• Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies
• Coordinate a cross-departmental team to ensure alignment

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant areas
• Minimum 3-5 years leading engagement or fundraising campaigns
• Proven success in campaign strategy and execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools
