The Intermediate BAS Specialist operates within a skilled construction team, reporting to the BAS Regional Coordinator. Your tasks will encompass supporting the Remote Building Automation Systems team, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting complex systems. You'll also engage in project inspection reporting and customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document and present inspection reports to users
• Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems




• Provide engineering support for recent construction and retrofits
• Maintain effective communication with project managers
• Assist in project costing and sales estimations

Requirements:
• Education in Engineering related fields
• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience
• Ability to manage physical work on construction sites
• Completion of security screening as required
• Valid Driver’s License for work-related travel
