In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing contracts for TrojanUV's Commercial sector. You will draft and negotiate various agreements while ensuring compliance with project requirements. By working closely with global teams, you’ll provide essential insights into contractual obligations and guide others in understanding these commitments, ultimately aiming for optimal project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve potential commercial contractual risks
• Educate sales teams on contract language interpretations




• Advise team members to meet contract requirement standards
• Oversee recent order acceptance and financial approvals
• Support insurance and bond management processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
• 5+ years of relevant contract experience
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Proven relationship-building and influence skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
