In this senior role, you'll ensure the optimal operation of building systems across Allied's properties. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, addressing tenant concerns, and training staff on pertinent operational procedures. Your leadership will contribute significantly to the well-being and performance of our buildings, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor team members in operations
• Respond and coordinate tenant service requests
• Conduct inspections and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems




• Optimize building systems with the Technical Services Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building operations
• Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Certification in Building Environmental Systems or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license for on-site needs
