Key Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate 3D models for various mechanical systems
• Provide support for equipment sizing and detailed modeling
• Create and prepare accurate drawing packages
• Model plumbing and natural gas piping systems

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant BIM modelling experience
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM management tools
• Experience with BIM standards and digital production
