Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance • Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records • Coordinate with contractors for additional services
Requirements: • 2–3 years building operations experience preferred • Valid 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate • Strong HVAC knowledge required • Class 5 Driver’s License needed • Ability to lift up to 50 kg and work on-call
