Norfolk County in Simcoe, ON seeks a temporary full time Homelessness Prevention Intake / Diversion Worker to assess needs, connect clients to housing and supports, and help prevent homelessness.
Position is based in-office with some site work; wage range is $28.59–$35.70 per hour, 35 hours/week, posting Aug 10–24, 2026. Reports to the Program Supervisor, Housing and Homeless Prevention Services.
