In this position, you will act as the Operations Manager, ensuring exceptional service on board our vessels. You’ll manage staff actions, coordinate catering delivery, and monitor compliance with safety standards. Administrative duties, including payroll management and staff evaluations, will also be part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise food and beverage service staff
• Ensure appropriate attire and training for all staff
• Monitor equipment cleanliness and compliance
• Process payroll and manage financial records
• Address passenger complaints effectively

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in food service
• Relevant business or hospitality certification
• Seafarer’s Medical and Food Protected Level 1 required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations
