In this role, you will manage the Specialized Services team focused on combating poverty through Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and Family Support programs. Your leadership will help staff create and evaluate care plans that foster positive changes in participants’ lives and enhance their self-reliance in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and mentor support staff in their roles
• Coordinate outreach and case management efforts
• Assist in developing and revising care plans
• Oversee training and orientation of current staff
• Conduct peer support meetings with service providers

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Science, Social Work, or similar
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant fields
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ongoing ACSW registration
