Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in construction management, alongside proficiency in relevant project management software and knowledge of utility standards. Your contributions will involve cost control, project scheduling, and field support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assess cost estimates for construction materials
• Track project progress through scheduling and reporting
• Compile bid analysis and procurement documentation




• Coordinate technical support to field crews and trades
• Help prepare contracts and RFP specifications

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in construction or project management
• Strong Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical knowledge
• Proficiency in scheduling and costing software
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle required
