As a full time Quality Assurance Worker, your responsibilities will involve overseeing service reviews, ensuring compliance, and validating data related to the Child Well-Being Law Development. Collaborating with Elders and community members, you will help shape the future of child welfare services aligned with Anishinaabe values. This role is essential in promoting transparency and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement QA strategies for Year 1 activities
• Review and validate collected data for accuracy
• Monitor and report on performance metrics
• Support engagement documentation and analysis
• Uphold ethical and cultural standards in all practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences or a relevant field
• 3–5 years’ experience in QA or evaluation
• Knowledge of child welfare systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Anishinaabemowin is advantageous
