Lead meaningful employment connections at Pacific Community Resources Society as an Employer Liaison. This full-time position is focused on supporting inclusive hiring practices and engaging with a variety of employers.

In this role, you will collaborate with the WorkBC team to coordinate services that benefit both employers and participants. Your expertise in negotiation, marketing, and relationship management will foster inclusive workplaces for individuals facing barriers to employment. You will leverage local labor market insights to guide employers towards successfully hiring candidates who may require additional support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote benefits of WorkBC services to employers
• Utilize outreach and technology for job placement objectives




• Develop strong employer partnerships and database management
• Negotiate workplace opportunities for participants
• Facilitate local community events and hiring fairs

Requirements:
• Proven experience in coaching and negotiation
• Knowledge of community resources for diverse populations
• Ability to understand and apply labor market trends
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and technology
• Robust communication skills for effective teamwork
