Key Responsibilities:
• Assess divestiture and M&A; opportunities through analysis
• Prepare high-quality confidential information memorandums
• Interact with clients,
legal counsel, and financial advisors
• Conduct detailed financial analyses and build projections
• Research industry trends and summarize market conditions
Requirements:
• Completion of or progress toward CPA designation
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Robust grasp of GAAP and financial statement interpretation
• M&A; experience is beneficial but not required
• Ability to analyze key value drivers and risks
