You will be responsible for reporting to the Director of Corporate Planning & Analysis, handling financial management for projects in various phases of development and construction. Your role encompasses budget development, expenditures tracking, and cash flow forecasting. Collaboration with project managers and lenders will ensure compliance and effective funding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage project budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze actual vs. budgeted expenditures and variances




• Generate monthly financial reports for the management team
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of purchase orders and commitments
• Support drawdown requests and lender reporting processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
• 3-7 years of relevant project financial experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite
• Solid understanding of cash flow management
