At ClimateDoor, in partnership with Unify Partners, you will manage and organize diverse projects related to community priorities, ensuring effective collaboration among teams, partners, and funders. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to track progress and risks for timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project planning, scope, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate coordination across teams and external contributors
• Maintain organized systems such as trackers and documentation
• Monitor deliverables and deadlines, addressing issues proactively
• Prepare reports and meeting materials efficiently
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of relevant project management experience
• Proficiency with project management tools and data systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Capability to prioritize tasks independently
• Must be based in Canada and available for domestic travel
