In this position, you'll efficiently operate mass excavators and other essential equipment, focusing on safety and productivity. Reporting to the Supervisor – Mining, your duties include loading materials onto trucks and conducting regular inspections. You will play a vital role in upholding site safety and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment, including mass excavators
• Load haul trucks with raw materials
• Perform routine pre-operational checks
• Communicate workflow with supervisors and drivers
• Adhere to safety and environmental protocols

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of heavy equipment experience
• Large mining equipment operation experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with GPS fleet management systems
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
