In this full-time position as Coordinator of Pupil Services, you will play a key role in guiding and improving student services throughout the district. Your background in administrative supervision along with your certification from the Virgin Islands Board of Education will enable you to develop effective strategies for student health, attendance, and school safety programs. The role demands effective communication and collaboration across departments and agencies to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assist in student support policy interpretations
• Monitor compliance with federal and local laws
• Provide oversight for counseling and truancy prevention programs
• Develop annual budgets and resource plans
• Conduct program evaluations to achieve service objectives
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in administration or supervision
• At least five years of relevant teaching or counseling experience
• Virginia Islands Board certification required
• Relevant experience in program management and evaluation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
