In this position, you will report to the BIM Manager, directly impacting the development of productive mechanical system designs and the advancement of BIM standards. Your expertise will support the transformation of digital project workflows, ensuring WSP maintains its leadership in M&E; production. Engage in initiatives to improve design automation and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce accurate and detailed 3D models for HVAC systems
• Collaborate with Mechanical Designers on all project aspects




• Ensure precise drawing packages are ready for submissions
• Model plumbing and gas systems effectively
• Partner with offshore teams to streamline deliverables

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Mechanical BIM modelling
• Advanced skills in Revit, BIM360, and Navisworks
• Understanding of design automation scripting
• Knowledge of mechanical code considerations
• Ability to manage complex workflows independently
