Key Responsibilities:
• Draft detailed Xactimate estimates for various project workstreams
• Prioritize and deliver estimates according to company SLAs




• Prepare necessary revisions and document changes accurately
• Align estimates with field conditions and project requirements
• Maintain organized files for internal reviews and audits

Requirements:
• Proven experience in restoration estimating, residential or commercial
• Expertise in Xactimate
• Solid analytical and interpretive skills
• Attention to detail in documentation and estimates
