Key Responsibilities:
• Support and monitor existing IT infrastructure
• Respond to and manage Service Desk requests
• Develop documentation and provide staff training

• Liaise with vendors for support and maintenance
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 7 years in server administration
• Proficient in Windows AD and group policy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
