This role requires at least three years of progressive experience in case management, particularly in leaves and disability, along with an understanding of federal and state regulations. Your expertise in building relationships with employees and healthcare providers will ensure the effective delivery of services. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the completion of leave and disability claims
• Review and assess leave requests for eligibility




• Develop return-to-work plans for affected employees
• Maintain communication with various stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with WCB and FMLA legislation
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
