Join Clark Builders as an Indigenous Engagement Coordinator and drive impactful community relations. This role requires robust relationship-building skills and a commitment to Indigenous engagement across Canada.

In this position, you will execute the Indigenous Relations strategy while coordinating with diverse stakeholders. Your work will focus on maintaining respectful communications with Indigenous communities and managing various facilitation initiatives. You will ensure timely delivery of reporting and support ongoing improvement of Indigenous programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support coordination of Indigenous Relations initiatives and activities
• Facilitate meetings, community events, and cultural engagements
• Maintain Indigenous Relations resources and documentation




• Track and report on data related to Indigenous Relations
• Collaborate with internal teams on improving processes

Requirements:
• Educational background in Indigenous Studies or Community Development
• Proven experience working with Indigenous groups preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a team setting
• Flexible for travel and holds a valid driver’s license
